All products come with a 30-day money back guarantee. Item (s) must be returned postmarked no later than 30 days from date of purchase clean and in new condition. A 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns.

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to us. If item is sent marked "charge to recipient" or the like the item (s) will be refused.

All returns within the 30-day period MUST OBTAIN a return authorization number.

To obtain a return authorization number e-mail admin@dreambydesign.com. If item (s) is (are) returned without return authorization number item will be refused. Regardless of payment method refund will be issued in the form of a cashiers check made out to original purchaser (s) only.

Refund may take up to 30 days to issue. Item (s) must returned with approved return authorization number before any processing of refund will begin.

Refund will be for the original purchase amount less 15% restocking fee and initial shipping cost.

Unnecessary disputes of credit card payments will automatically void this 30-day money back guarantee. Disputing a charge is not an acceptable method to collect your return. If you have issues with your product or purchase please contact us to see if we can come to an agreement before taking any other action.

We closely adhere to the above agreement and always have your interests in mind. The stipulations in this agreement are put in place to detour others from taking advantage of this guarantee and causing price increases that neither us nor our customers want to see happen.
